Who is this training for?

Do I need any prior experience with facilitation or OST?
No prior OST experience is required. The program covers both foundational concepts and practical steps, so you’ll be equipped whether you’re new to OST or looking to deepen existing skills.
How will the online sessions be delivered?
The online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link and joining instructions by email a few days before Session 1.
